Introducing the unique "original domestically produced functional materials" handled by UNIAL.
At this exhibition, we plan to introduce powders, extracts, and extract powders made from Hokkaido-grown Kumaizasa.
In addition, we will introduce "Enmeiraku (Purple Chrysanthemum)" powder and extract from Niigata/Yamagata Prefecture, and marine ex (extract powder) made from the seaweed "Tsurarame" from Aomori Prefecture.
Please consider using these materials for overseas use.

Lactic acid bacteria derived from Kumaizasa
We processed the unique lactic acid bacteria (Leuconostoc mesenteries) that coexist with Hokkaido's natural Kumaisasa into a sterilized powder. Its functionality is improved by nano treatment. Since it is a sterilized powder, it can be used for a wide variety of purposes, including green juice products (standard bacterial count: 5 x 10¹¹ cells/g or more).
