This is the vegan certified icecream by the nonprofit organization Vege Project Japan. Strawberry, Banana, Hyuganatsu (Japanese citrus), Almond & Soy milk, Hibiscus roselle, and Soy milk & Kinako (roasted soybean flour) ice creams are currently available in our lineup.

As a global environmental issue, efforts to reduce CO2 emissions from livestock and alleviate hunger worldwide are gaining momentum. This aligns with the goals of vegetarians and vegans. At our company, we have received vegan certification from the 'NPO Vege Project Japan.' We extract rich, safe, and natural fruit scents without the use of synthetic coloring agents or fragrances, adhering carefully to vegan standards. Our commitment extends to the development of ice cream and soft-serve varieties that are not only delicious but also environmentally friendly. It is primarily B2B (business-to-business) focused.

We have collaborated with Miyazaki University to develop a vegan ice cream using the local soybean variety 'Miyadaizu,' discovered in Miyakonojo City, Miyazaki Prefecture. It features the rich aroma of roasted soybean flour (kinako) and a smooth texture of soy milk. Ideal for desserts in cafes and restaurants.</div>

Soy Milk & Kinako (Roasted Soybean Flour) Ice Cream and Soft Serve
