OUCA is a base supplement that is an original blend of 101 kinds of useful ingredients such as short-chain fatty acids, mainly butyric acid, lactic acid bacteria and ionized minerals. Butyric acid, the main ingredient, contains the equivalent of 6.3 billion butyric acid bacteria. The raw materials are domestically produced whole soybeans that do not use pesticides, unheated natural spring water, and dozens of types of useful spore bacteria. We use a rare butyric acid fermentation product made using a unique method of carefully repeating fermentation and aging for approximately 1,000 days using traditional fermentation techniques.
