Highly Concentrated Hydrogen Jelly was the first food with functional claims that contains molecular hydrogen as a functionally active ingredient to be accepted by the Consumer Affairs Agency in Japan. Molecular hydrogen has been reported to enhance the quality of sleep (feeling of extended sleep time) for women who are under stress. Instead of dissolving molecular hydrogen in a base material, we have developed a product that disperses and retains minute bubbles of molecular hydrogen in a polymer such as gelatin, and succeeded for the first time in the world in establishing a stable production technology. ＜Patent obtained.
