Do you suffer from glare or severe eye strain? We introduce a display without backlight. Natural Light Display is a light-sensitive display with no backlight. We believe that the cause of glare and eye strain caused by displays is the continuous viewing of backlight. As a countermeasure, we used paper, which does not cause glare or fatigue even when viewed continuously, as a reference for development. We then focused on the fact that paper does not emit light itself, but reflects the light in the room, and created a Natural Light Display that displays the same reflected light as paper.
