We produce the "0g Carb Purunchan" dietary fiber series at our Fukuoka factory. Winner of the Cellulose Society of Japan's Technology Award, Purunchan is a groundbreaking 0g-carb food made using our proprietary method, blending cellulose with konjac-derived glucomannan. The lineup includes: Plain Type (cook to your preference), Seasoned Noodle Type (ready-to-eat with soup), Porridge Type (Purunchan rice mixed with rice), Gukbap Type (with soy meat), and the New Mixed-Ingredient Type (with added toppings). OEM production is also available.
